Family Museum Night Reservation Form 2025-2026

The Fort Worth Museum of Science and History’s Family Museum Night program takes place AT the Museum from 6 PM - 8 PM. The Museum exhibits, planetarium, live animals and science demonstrations are available for your families. Three to four schools participate each night during Family Museum Night AT the Museum. This program costs $850. We do not offer any discounts or funding assistance.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
Please fill out the registration information below and submit. Dates are assigned on a first come first served basis. Each school will have the opportunity to list, in order of preference, the months they are interested in hosting their Family Museum Night. These preferences will be used to assign a program date.
