For High School Seniors and College/University Graduates
Graduates will be recognized during the 9:45a.m. service on Sunday, June 9, 2024.

To participate, you must be a member of The Park Church and complete all requirements for graduation by graduation Sunday. If you would like to participate, and have a lawn sign printed please complete this form and submit it no later that Monday, May 20, 2024. This is the deadline.

Please also include an appropriate picture along with this form. The picture will be displayed on the screen during Sunday service.

We look forward to celebrating this time with you, so please be sure to submit all requested materials by the deadline of Monday, May 20, 2024 to be recognized during this special graduation Sunday.
