Family STEAM Festival Reservation Form 2025-2026

The Fort Worth Museum of Science and History’s Family STEAM Festival program takes place AT YOUR SCHOOL from 6 PM - 8 PM. We bring hands-on activities, a live science show and demonstrations. The Festival program takes place in your school’s cafeteria and gymnasium. If your school does not have these spaces available, we can discuss alternative spaces. This program costs $850. We do not offer any discounts or funding assistance.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
Please fill out the registration information below and submit. Dates are assigned on a first come first served basis.

Each school will have the opportunity to list, in order of preference, the months they are interested in hosting their Family STEAM Festival. These preferences will be used to assign a program date.
