THANKS FOR JOINING US FOR THE COLLABORATIVE PAINTING ART-SOCIAL!!!
This is a fun and expeditious exercise in collaboration, spontaneity, and unpredictable outcomes. Each participant will be paired with another person (Paint Pal). Paint Pals do not need to know each other.
Painting will occur in 15-minute intervals, with 15-minute breaks in between to allow paint to dry. At the beginning of a new interval, Paint Pals will swap paintings with each other and add to them. Swaps will continue until the final interval, which will be 30 minutes long. During the final interval, the painting will be back with the person who started it. At the end of the final painting session, everyone will walk around the room to view completed creations and to share their experience with the group if they feel comfortable doing so. Each person will go home with a painting that will reflect an interesting mix of style and color.
There is no right or wrong and no experience is necessary. The aim is to have FUN!

1:00 pm – 3:30 pm: Intervals of painting
