  • Are you a New or Returning Vendor?

  • In lieu of a registration fee, Vendors are asked to provide a School Supply (from the list below) and / or a Community Resource.

    Projected number of students to be served: 800

    Vendors are responsible for bringing their own "Booth" materials: TENT, TABLES, CHAIRS, etc.

  • We are so excited to have you join us for this year's Back to School Bash!

    Vendor Packets with space assignment & details will be available to pick-up, at Caring Community Friends (12 W. Burnham), on July 10th!

    Event Schedule:    

    7:00 a.m. | Vendor check-in & Set-up 

    8:30 a.m. | All Vendor Vehicles must be moved to the parking lot.

    8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. | Vendor and Volunteer Hospitality Suite  to cool off and enjoy complementary refreshments!

    9:00am - 12:00 p.m. | Back to School Bash Open to the Public

    Back to School Bash School Supply and Resource Scavenger Hunt. Do the best you can to help one child at a time. Please limit one item (school supply or resource) per Student. The Student MUST present a Scavenger Hunt Card.

    You are encouraged to wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothes. Also, be prepared for whatever the weather may bring. 

    Information for attendees and vendors will be located at the Caring Community Friends Booth, in front of the Book and Snack Mobile.

    Students must turn in their completed Scavenger Hunt Cards to the Book and Snack Mobile for an opportunity to win one of several Grand Prizes.

    Door Prizes will be announced every 15 minutes. If you would like to donate a door prize – please bring to the Caring Community Friends Booth, in front of the Book and Snack Mobile.

    12:00 p.m. | Tear-down & Clean-up 

    Please help remove trash and debris from around your booth and place into trash receptacles.
