You hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the organizers, sponsors, promoters, participants, and any affiliated individuals or entities involved in the event from any and all liability for any injury, including death, loss, or damage to person or property, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
You agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the organizers and officials of the event.
You acknowledge that you have adequate insurance coverage to cover any injury or damage that you, or your vehicle, may sustain or cause while participating in the event.
