    Return/Refund- If you are having issues with the results of the services provided, contact me within one week (7 days) of your appointment and I will be more than happy to make adjustments to your original service with no additional charges. (This does not include complete color changes or if the client changes their mind). If foreign product or changes have been made to the hair since the original appointment, charges will apply. I do not offer refunds on services as the time and product has already been used. All deposits made on appointments are non-refundable. All gift cards/gift certificates are non-refundable but may be used to purchase product.
    Cancellation- Should you need to reschedule/cancel your appointment, a 48 hour notice will be required as to provide optimum scheduling opportunities for all clients. All cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a 25% fee of originally scheduled services. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a 50% fee of originally scheduled services. Same day cancellations as well as no show clients will be charged the full amount of their scheduled services. This fee will be due immediately and the ability to schedule any future appointments will be suspended until payment is received. If a deposit was collected for the appointment and a cancellation occurred with less than 48 hours notice, that deposit forfeited and a new deposit will be required prior to services being rescheduled. Repeat violators of no showing appointments will no longer be able to make appointments.

    Clients who are 15+ minutes late are subject to shortening of services or may be required to reschedule entirely
