Shipping Policy

• We can ship to any address in the lower 48 of the United States.
• We cannot ship our products to PO Box, APO, Military bases, or international destinations at this time.
• Orders are processed approximately 2-3 business days from the order date.
• Our business day is Monday through Friday, except holidays.
• We use FedEx ground service and FedEx Home delivery service.
• When we ship the product, we will send you tracking information.

Cancellation of order

You can cancel your order for a full refund as long as the order has not been shipped yet. Once the order is shipped, the sale is considered final.

1. Damages and Issues

• Inspect your order upon reception.
• Contact customer service immediately for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
• Provide photos and explanations via email.
• Choose between exchanging products or receiving a refund.

2. Exchanges

If you want an exchange, we’ll send you a new item once the return is accepted.

3. Refunds

• After inspecting your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.
• If approved, you’ll receive an automatic refund within 10 business days.
• Allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
• If it takes more than 15 business days, contact us.
• You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
• Even if the product is fine, you can still get a refund.
• Shipping charges will be deducted.
• Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
