The National Crime Victim Law Institute (NCVLI) and Disability Rights Oregon (DRO) are partnering on a project funded by the Office for Victims of Crime designed to enhance the skills of attorneys who provide representation to persons with disabilities who have been victimized by crime and who are seeking to assert their rights during criminal investigation and prosecution (i.e. rights enforcement legal work). As part of this effort, NCVLI and DRO will be developing training materials and resources, as well as compiling existing resources. If you know of existing resources that may be helpful to lawyers interested in representing victims of crime who are persons with disabilities who are seeking to assert their rights during criminal justice processes, please let us know! In addition to using this form, you can email us at ncvli@lclark.edu (use the subject line “Disability Resources” and feel free to include attachments and/or hyperlinks). Thank you for sharing your knowledge to help advance the skills of victims’ rights attorneys nationwide!
