ALL TOYOTAFEST 30TH ANNIVERSARY – TERMS, CONDITIONS & LIABILITY WAIVER
Event Conditions
ALL TOYOTAFEST is a rain or shine event. The event opens to the public at 9:00 AM on Saturday, May 30, 2026, and concludes at 3:00 PM the same day unless otherwise announced by event operations. VENDOR's DISMISSAL is 4:30pm.
Vendors are responsible for their own setup and teardown. Event is RAIN or SHINE.
All vendors must:
Event Rules & Prohibited Items
NO PETS (except certified service dogs with proper documentation)
NO FOOD OR DRINK SALES OR SAMPLING without a valid health permit
NO UNAUTHORIZED USE of event name or branding
NO ALCOHOL
NO ADULT CONTENT (all products and displays must be family-friendly)
NO BOOTH SHARING (each business must have its own registered space)
NO DRONES
Exclusive Sponsorship Agreement
ALL TOYOTAFEST maintains an exclusive sponsorship agreement with Toyota Motor North America, Inc. (TMNA)and CABE TOYOTA of Long Beach.
Participation or promotional involvement by any other automobile manufacturer or dealership is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized Branding & Penalties
Any use of the TORC or ALL TOYOTAFEST name, logo, or likeness without prior written approval is strictly prohibited.
Penalties for Unauthorized Use:
$500 fine per violation
Additional 10% fee on total sales of unauthorized items
Right to Refuse Entry & Service
TORC reserves the right to reject any entry, registration, or participation at its sole discretion. This includes failure to comply with event rules, regulations, or payment requirements.
No refunds will be issued for non-compliance.
Media Exposure & Publicity
By participating in ALL TOYOTAFEST, you consent to photography and video recording of your booth, vehicle, or likeness for promotional, media, or press use by ALL TOYOTAFEST / TORC.
Participant information may also be shared with Toyota U.S.A. for media-related purposes.
Liability Waiver & Release of Claims
Participation in ALL TOYOTAFEST is voluntary and may involve risks including, but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, and illness (including exposure to infectious diseases such as COVID-19).
Release & Waiver
I hereby release, waive, and discharge any and all liability, claims, and demands against:
Toyota Owner’s and Restorer’s Club (TORC)
ALL TOYOTAFEST
Joy International LLC
City of Long Beach and its affiliates
All sponsors, vendors, event officials, volunteers, and staff
This release applies to all participants and their associated personnel, including third parties.
Assumption of Risk & Medical Acknowledgment
I acknowledge the inherent risks of participation, including but not limited to:
Exposure to infectious diseases such as COVID-19
Risk of physical injury (strains, sprains, dizziness, fainting, etc.)
Possible property damage
I agree to self-monitor for symptoms of illness following the event.
First Aid & Medical Release
In the event of a medical emergency, I release the event organizers and affiliated parties from any claims related to first aid or emergency medical assistance provided during the event.
Agreement & Acknowledgment
By submitting this registration, I acknowledge that:
I am at least 18 years of age
I have read and agree to all terms, conditions, and liability waivers
My entry is not guaranteed until reviewed and approved
FINAL AGREEMENT
BY ATTENDING OR PARTICIPATING, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND FULLY RELEASE ALL TOYOTAFEST, TORC, AND ALL AFFILIATED PARTIES FROM LIABILITY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
