DEPOSITS

A $450 per person deposit is required at the time of booking and is fully refundable up until July 14, 2025.

Upon Receipt of this form, we will call you for your credit card information. A non-refundable service fee of $50.00 per room will be required to hold your reservation. This service fee is for services rendered.
INSURANCE

The purchase of travel insurance is Mandatory. Remember, you want to insure your tour, your air, and any extra nights. You can check out Insurance Here
AIR - BOOKING YOUR FLIGHT

Once we have your information, we will begin to look for the best deal for you and your traveling companions. When we find what we believe fits your needs best, we will call you with the schedule. We will be calling the Lead Passenger. We request that you have any and all credit cards available at that time. If splitting the cost, we will need the Billing Address of the second card.

Airline Reservation/Research Service charge :
There is a non-refundable fee of $100 per airline reservation for research, booking and monitoring your reservation. This fee will be charged upon the request of said ticket.
