Each presenter listed on this form is eligible for one complimentary conference registration (maximum of 2 presenters).Meals are not included as part of the conference..Presenters are responsible for their own travel and lodging arrangements.Digital handouts and/or Power Point presentations, if available, will be submitted to MEPI for posting on the website.Presenters are responsible for providing paper handouts.Please note that computers will not be provided by MEPI, and presenters must bring their own laptops for use with Lumina's projectors.Advertising or selling materials during or after workshops is prohibited unless an exhibitor space is purchased (available for half the exhibitor fee).For the comfort and focus of all attendees, children under 16, including infants and toddlers (whether handheld or in carriers), are not permitted at the symposium.Workshops are confirmed upon approval and return of a signed agreement to MEPI..
