  • HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

  • We will reserve a hotel room for your stay at the Sheraton Philadelphia University City Hotel for September 14, 15, and 16 (3 nights) based on your response here.

    We will send you the confirmation the week before the symposium.

    If your flight dates below do not match your hotel check-in and check-out dates, we assume you will be staying elsewhere for any extra nights.

  • Taking departing flights before 2pm on September 17 is discouraged, as participants are required to stay until the symposium ends about 12noon.

  • We assume that participants will attend all meals and events during the course of the meeting (Monday through Wednesday close of meeting).
