Mission: Sea Potential bridges generations to expand ocean justice in community. We operate at the intersection of community engagement and industry transformation. Through youth and community programs, we cultivate heart-based connections to marine ecosystems and careers by curating interactive exposure opportunities and elevating diverse water-based cultures and perspectives. In parallel, our consulting services support maritime organizations in creating inclusive, equity-driven workplace cultures that promote innovation and reflect the diverse futures of the industry.

Sea Potential is currently seeking Program Mentors to support our various maritime programs with BIPOC youth throughout the year.

*BIPOC stands for Black, Indigenous, People of Color*
