Clear communication is critical to the quality of our work. We use a simple Communication Protocol for all written communication so that urgent matters are flagged and addressed quickly, and routine items are handled efficiently. This helps protect your time and keeps everyone on the same page.
Security & Our Client Portal
We take your confidentiality and data security seriously. All document sharing occurs through our secure, cloud-based portal, which provides 24/7/365 auto-encrypted access to your files from anywhere. Because standard email is not secure or reliable for document storage, we do not accept email attachments. If we work together, you’ll use the portal to upload and retrieve documents.
Deadlines & Our Fiduciary Role
We are a deadline-driven firm. To meet filing deadlines and uphold our fiduciary responsibility, we set clear due dates for when we need your information. In turn, we expect clients to provide complete information by those deadlines so we can prepare and file accurate, timely returns.
Meetings & How We Connect
We value your time and convenience. Most meetings are held by phone or video, allowing you to join from any computer or mobile device. In-person meetings are available when needed, but virtual meetings are our standard.
