If you or someone you know is interested in joining the board, please let us know. However, please note that we will only add nominees to the ballot after confirming with them first. Each nominee must answer disclosure questions. If you're nominating yourself, please complete the disclosure form. If you're nominating someone else, we only need their name and email.
The completed nomination form must be received by Monday, June 10th, 2024. Please remember that only property owners from Village on the Glen/Village Estates in good standing are eligible to serve on the HOA Board.
To nominate yourself or someone else, please complete the nomination form regarding your candidacy and send it by filling out this form. Alternatively, you can print it out and mail it to the address provided in the instructions below by the aforementioned deadline. Please note that all required disclosures must be made in writing and only one nomination is allowed per property.
The HOA Board will include the disclosures made on this form on the 2024 Election Ballot, which will be mailed to community members around June 11th, 2024. Ballots must be returned by August 6, 2024, and the results will be announced at our public HOA Board meeting that evening. We look forward to your participation!
