Model Pathways at (DE-FI) Global INC™

At (DE-FI) Global INC™, we offer two distinct pathways for models. Please read the descriptions carefully to ensure that you select the correct option.

(DE-FI) Model Incubator™ for Aspiring Models Only

This pathway is exclusively for new and aspiring models who have little or no experience and who are seeking structured training, professional development, and industry readiness.
You should select this option if you have walked fewer than three shows or photoshoots, have not received formal model training, or have not completed paid or editorial bookings.
All magazine features, cover model opportunities, and talent development placements for (DE-FI) Magazine™ are selected only from participants in the (DE-FI) Model Incubator™.
The next (DE-FI) Model Incubator™ cohort begins in March 2026.
Applicants who are accepted will receive full onboarding information before the cohort begins.

Fashion Week and Event Model Casting for Experienced or New Models

This pathway is open to experienced models, new models who are not pursuing the incubator, and individuals who would like to participate in runway presentations or creative events for Dayton Fashion Week™, Fashion Week of Cincinnati™, Midwest Market Week™, (DE-FI) Fashion Week™, Urban Nights™, and other (DE-FI) Global INC™ productions.
These castings focus on runway fit, professionalism, and reliability. They do not include training or development.

Invitation Requests are accepted year-round. However, please note that invitations for our events are typically released 2–4 weeks prior to the event date. Each invitation includes strict RSVP deadlines to ensure accurate headcounts and intentional room curation. Because we receive a high volume of submissions, we do not send follow-up messages after an invitation request has been received. Guests are encouraged to watch for an email from us during the invitation window and to check their spam or promotional folders regularly. Your grace and understanding help us maintain the intentional, curated experience our events are known for.
