'Into The Depths' Mindfulness Teacher Training Program Application

The enrollment for the Fall 2026 cohort is now open. It closes August 14th, 2026. Please note, this will be the final 16-week cohort. The next program will begin September 2027 and will expanded to a 6-month format.

Fall 2026 Program logistics:

Mandatory program orientation: August 31st, 6PM - 7PM EST

Dates: Mondays - September 14th to January 4th

Time: 3PM PST / 6PM EST to 6PM PST / 9PM EST

This mindfulness teacher training and mentorship program is a 16-week highly experiential and immersive program for aspiring mindfulness practitioners to refine their teaching and facilitating skills and connect to their most authentic selves. This mentorship program does not emphasize the learning of new skills, but remembering and revealing that which already lies within.

In Pali, mindfulness translates as “to remember”. Through meditation, self-inquiry and experiential learning, students will begin to uncover their authentic teaching style and ways that they can begin to show up for their communities.

Throughout the 16-weeks, students will learn to develop a steadiness and confidence in the way you show up as a mindfulness teacher. Using an integrated and human-centered approach, you will have an opportunity to understand the shadow self that can often hinder us from guiding from a place of authenticity and integrity. There will also be ample opportunities to reflect on the values and intentions we have as practitioners and sharpen and refine our skills.

Mostly important, unlike other programs that ask students to assimilate to the ‘right way’ of teaching, students in this program will be invited to become more of themselves. It is through embodiment of the practice, a deep understanding and relationship to what we are teaching and the development of necessary skills that our inner teach can come alive.

As part of our commitment to accessibility and care-based values, Into the Depths offers tiered pricing, payment plans, and limited scholarships for the BIPOC community. We invite you to choose the rate that reflects your current financial capacity. Please note, that each tier has limited spots available.

Into The Depths Institute is committed to making healing and learning accessible. There are 4 scholarships available for the Fall 2026 Cohort. If you are interested in applying for a scholarship, please let us know down below. Scholarships spots are limited and are awarded based on level on financial need and alignment with program values.

'Into The Depths' Teacher Training Program Policies:
General Program Policies:

o  Applicants must be at least eighteen years of age.
o  Applicants must have an established and consistent meditation practice for over two year.
o  Applicants are requested to submit this form and will be required to submit their non-refundable deposit, upon acceptance.
o  Students must attend and actively participate in the required training and home practices.
o  Enrollment, payment and attending the training does not guarantee a Certificate of Completion. Students are expected to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the program content, with the program instructor, at the completion of the program.
o  Deposits and tuition for the Program are non-refundable. Payments may be made via PayPal or Venmo.

Attendance/Make-Up Policy:

If there is a need to miss any hours or sessions within the program, it's mandatory for the instructor to be notified as far in advance as possible.

Students are allowed to miss up to 3 classes in the program. If more than 3 classes are missed, students will be required to make up the sessions.

Payment Plan Policies:

o  The balance of your tuition is due at the beginning of the program.
o A payment plan schedule can be created and agreed upon, if necessary. It is up to the student to create a weekly or monthly payment plan.
o  Failure to make any payment by the program start date may result in ejection from the program
o  Any prior payments are non-refundable.

Refund Policy:
o  The deposit and tuition are non-refundable.
o  Students who are asked to leave the program for inappropriate or unacceptable behavior will not receive a refund.

Upon submission of this application, I understand that the $500 deposit for the training is non-refundable and non-transferable, and tuition is not refundable.
