By submitting this membership application form, you acknowledge and agree that The Locals Mix TM and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or other liability arising from your participation in any Locals Mix events, activities, or services. You hereby waive any and all claims against The Locals Mix and its affiliates for any such loss, damage, injury, or liability.

No Refunds Policy:

All membership fees and payments are non-refundable. By submitting this form and becoming a member of The Locals Mix, you understand and agree that no refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to membership cancellation, dissatisfaction with membership benefits, or changes in personal circumstances.

Changes to Terms and Benefits:

The Locals Mix reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions, as well as the benefits associated with each membership tier, at any time without prior notice. Members will be notified of any changes via email or through our website. Continued membership after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms and benefits.

Code of Conduct:

As a member of The Locals Mix, you agree to abide by our code of conduct, which includes but is not limited to respectful and inclusive behavior towards fellow members, volunteers, staff, and participants in our events and activities. Any violation of the code of conduct may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

Communication Consent:

By submitting this form, you consent to receive communications from The Locals Mix TM, including but not limited to newsletters, event invitations, updates, and promotional materials. You may opt out of receiving such communications at any time by contacting us.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of under the jurisdiction of the State of Florida. Therefore, for legal matters relating to The Locals Mix nonprofit in Daytona Beach, Florida, the governing law would be the laws of the State of Florida, and any disputes would typically be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within Florida. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida.
