1. Booking Confirmation:
- By booking a session with Otso Self-Portrait Studio, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
- Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a deposit and confirmation email.
2. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made within 24hours of the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the deposit or a cancellation fee.
-In the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, we understand that cancellations may be necessary. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options.
-No-shows without prior notification will result in the forfeiture of the full payment or deposit.
- Otso Self-Portrait Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, such as equipment malfunction or inclement weather. In such cases, every effort will be made to notify clients in advance and reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Studio Guidelines:
- Please arrive 10-15mins before your session to ensure you get the most out of your time with us. A grace period of 10mins shall be given to the client
- Any damages to studio equipment or property caused by negligence will be the responsibility of the client and may incur additional charges.
- No outside equipment is permitted unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
4. Use of Images:
- By participating in a session with Otso Studio, you grant us the right to use images captured during the session for promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified in writing.
- We respect your privacy and will not share sensitive or personal images without your explicit consent.
5. Payment:
- 50% Downpayment is required to reserve your bookinng
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified in our booking policy.
- Rescheduling 48hrs before your appointment is possible we do not allow REFUND
- Accepted payment methods include Cash, GCash and Maya.
6. Safety and Comfort:
- Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements prior to your session.
7. Copyright:
- All images captured during the session are the intellectual property of Otso Self-Portrait Studio.
- Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of images is strictly prohibited.
8. Liability Waiver:
- Otso Self-Portrait Studio is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during your session, except those resulting from our negligence.
9. Minors:
- Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the session.
10. Feedback:
- We value your feedback! If you have any suggestions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
11. Pet Policy:
-We understand that pets are often an integral part of your life and can enhance your self-portrait experience. Well-behaved pets are welcome in our studio, subject to the following guidelines:
-All pets must be under the control of their owner at all times.
-Owners are responsible for ensuring that their pets do not cause any disturbances or damage to studio equipment or property.
-Any accidents or damages caused by pets will be the sole responsibility of the owner and may incur additional charges for repair or cleaning.
-For the safety and comfort of all clients, aggressive or unruly pets will not be permitted in the studio.
- Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet to your session so that we can make necessary accommodations and ensure a seamless experience for everyone involved.
