I hereby declare that the particulars and information mentioned are true to the best of my knowledge and the same shall form the basis of any arrangement for a facility (Student’s LOAN, and any other products the Education Department of The World Federation might develop from time to time) if any granted to me.

I am aware that making false statements on this form is an offense punishable by law. I further declare that I clearly understand that this is a LOAN which shall be repaid in full.

I understand that this is a Preliminary Loan Questionnaire which will be reviewed by the Education team and if this is successful then the actual LOAN application form will be sent to me via email for completion by myself, my parent, my guarantors, my Jamaat and Regional Federation.
