City to raise an additional $1. 1 million (inflation cost estimate)- total project cost of 4 million

Increase city budget for ongoing maintenance
Tropicana Park will be one of four parks within a 1.5 mile radius (Tropicana Park, Joe Stonis Park, Sirenia Vista Park, City Park Parcel- NW 33rd Avenue off Tropicana Parkway)

Gulf Gateway / 7 Islands
to develop and incorporate Tropicana Park land into the 7 Islands development project with approval of concept renderings and site plans

Eliminate Park maintenance burden on city
Will replace Tropicana Park amenities and also include a beach lagoon with clean water swimming, splash pad, dog park, food truck alley, waterfront park with outdoor seating on spreader canal, amphitheater, community center, playground, kayak launch and boat docks
