• Equal Care Circles

  • Circles play a crucial role in the co-ops success. This is an opportunity to contribute to a stronger, more effective circle by sharing your feedback. With your help we can measure the specific strengths, challenges and well-being of your circle. Just 10 mins sharing anonymous feedback and we can create a unique circle profile that you can use to help your circle flourish. The more people in your circle that complete the survey the richer the picture we have.

Please CHOOSE ONE CIRCLE PER SURVEY. If you want to evaluate multiple circles you will have to complete multiple surveys.

Important: This survey is all about your experiences and opinions, and to get the most out of it, we need your honest and open feedback. But sometimes, when answering surveys, we might subconsciously choose answers we think are "appropriate" or what others expect, instead of what we truly believe or feel. This is called social desirability bias.

Imagine trying on clothes: you might pick something you think your friends would like, not necessarily what you love to wear yourself. Surveys can be similar! Instead of picking the "perfect" answer, we want you to be the genuine YOU.

Here are some tips to avoid social desirability bias and give your best feedback:

    • This survey is confidential, so no need to worry about what you say!
    • There's no right or wrong answer. Just be honest and open.
    • Think beyond "good" and "bad". There are no "bad" responses here. Every experience and opinion is valuable.
    • Don't worry about how others might respond. This survey is about you, not what others think.
    • Most of the questions in this survey are answered True/False. Go with your gut instinct. Your first reaction is often your most honest one.

By being mindful of social desirability bias, you can help us gather insights that are honest, valuable, and truly reflect your unique perspective.

Thank you for being you and giving your best feedback!
