The following information is needed to complete a warranty claim for a defective water heater or parts.
- A clear image of the rating place must also be submitted at the end of this form for all water heater claims or no credit will be issues.
- If the water heater is less than one year old, the complete water heater must be returned.
- PACE Supply will not warranty if the tank is a retail heater (Home Depot, Lowes, Grainger, Online Supplier, etc)
- All commercial and tankless water heaters must have an authorization number from the vendor and contact the water heater warranty group first.
