Judging

Participants may request that the vehicle be judged or may request for exhibit only. Vehicles will be judged on general appearance, care, and presentation of exterior, interior, engine, and chassis as appropriate. First, second, and third place trophies are generally awarded in each class, at the discretion of the judges. All classes, except those noted as exceptions, are judged based on stock condition, as originally produced by the factory. Example modiﬁcations allowed for stock vehicles – Radial Tires, Batteries and Safety Items such as seatbelts.

All entries 2009 and newer will be marked as display-only.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In consideration of the acceptance of my application for entry into the 46th Chico Concours d’Elegance, I hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for damages for death, personal injury, or property damage which I may have, or which hereafter accrue to me, against Chico Concours d’Elegance, Inc. and the Silver Dollar Fairgrounds as a result of my participation in this event. This release is intended to discharge Chico Concours d’Elegance, Inc. and the Silver Dollar Fairgrounds and their officers, officials, employees, and volunteers from and against any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with my participation in the event, even though that liability may arise out of the negligence or carelessness on the part of persons or entities mentioned above. I understand that accidents and injuries can arise out of the event; knowing the risks, nevertheless, I hereby agree to assume those risks and to release and to hold harmless all of the persons or entities mentioned above who (through negligence or carelessness) might otherwise be liable to me (or my heirs or assigns) for damages. I further understand and agree that this waiver, release, and assumption of risk is to be binding on my heirs and assigns.
