Seattle Kids Yoga was founded by pediatric occupational therapist, Nicole Koleshis, who recognized the impact of yoga and mindfulness on individuals with disabilities including autism. ACES ABA provides compassionate autism therapy services to individuals and their families in Washington and nationwide.

Join us for a 30-minute autism-inclusive yoga class that focuses on moving, breathing, relaxing, and community! In addition to yoga poses, breathing exercises, and mindfulness, SKY classes are filled with cool props, fun facts, music, time to share thoughts (SKY classes are NOT quiet!), and many choices. We welcome participation in whatever way feels best. Watching and observing are always options as this is yoga, too. Alternative poses and movements are acceptable, resting at any time is wonderful, and taking breaks as needed is encouraged! Kids typically enjoy practicing yoga in comfy clothes, but whatever your child wants to wear is fine with us.
