Studio 108 Basics
Studio 108 is intended for dance, music, art, theater, workshops, or classes. Small events may be hosted on a case by case basis with the final decision made by the Executive Director. Mainframe Studios’ vision, mission, and values are considered when accepting and denying Studio rental requests.
Rental Hours
Monday - Thursday // 9am-3pm K-12 Field Trips
Monday - Thursday // 3-9pm Outside Groups
Friday - Sunday // 8am-11pm Tenant Rentals & Outside Groups
Access
Classes each receive a unique code to the lockbox outside the door, which holds the key FOB. You will only be able to access the studio during your allotted hours.
Approval Process
The Operations Coordinator will review the booking slot and confirm or deny the booking through the email provided on this form. Please make your request at least two weeks (14 days) in advance or your booking will not be considered.
Contract
Once confirmed, a digital contract via Jotform will be sent for signature. This contract covers all of the terms for a recurring rental, including etiquette, fees, liability, etc.
Payment
Payment is received digitally via Square. Invoices will cover the total amount per month, and payment is required in full to receive the unique lockbox code. If you are not hosting classes for a specified date, please reach out to the Operations Coordinator so the invoice may be adjusted.
