    Use this form to book your reservation of Studio 108 at Mainframe Studios. Please fill out the required fields below to request your slot(s).
  • Studio 108 Basics

    Studio 108 is intended for dance, music, art, theater, workshops, or classes. Small events may be hosted on a case by case basis with the final decision made by the Executive Director. Mainframe Studios’ vision, mission, and values are considered when accepting and denying Studio rental requests. 

    Mainframe Studios’ Public Building Hours are Tuesday - Saturday from 10am-4pm. You may still book outside of this time. Please read the Access section for more information.

    Studio 108 Rental Hours

    Monday - Thursday // 9am-3pm K-12 Field Trips
    Monday - Thursday // 3-9pm Outside Groups
    Friday - Sunday // 8am-11pm Tenant Rentals & Outside Groups

    Access

    To access the Building: For bookings outside of the public business hours, renters will use the Intercom system to enter the building. The information used in the booking request form will be programmed into the Intercom system. Through the Intercom system the renter can enter the building, and allow access to guests via phone.

    To access Studio 108: Renters will receive a unique code to the lockbox outside the door via email from the operations coordinator. This lockbox holds a key FOB. The renter will be able to access the lockbox, and the studio during the allotted hours.

    More information access will be sent via email once your booking has been confirmed. 

    Approval Process

    The Operations Coordinator will review the booking slot and confirm or deny the booking through the email provided on this form. Please make your request at least two weeks (14 days) in advance or your booking will not be considered.

    Contract

    Once confirmed, a digital contract via Jotform will be sent for signature. This contract covers all of the terms for a recurring rental, including etiquette, fees, liability, etc.

    Payment

    Invoices and payment are sent and completed through the third party Square. The Renter can expect an email from Square with the invoice, and the renter may pay electronically through the Square website. Payment via cash or check is also accepted.

  • Booking Request & Information

    Please fill out what day of the week and time slot you are hoping to book. Please note: requests must be submitted and approved at least two weeks (fourteen days) in advance. We require a minimum time block of 2-hours for each booking. Each 2-hour block is $50. No refunds of any kind will be permitted once booking is approved by Mainframe staff.
