This form is to request account specific information for the online application, tax remittance and contract summary system with GovOS.
In February 2024, The Department of Special PRogram Compliance started implemeneting a new online service with GovOS to bring our application and other processes full online. This new service will allow you to:
- Apply for or renew a Vacation Rental Certificate online, as well as upload supporting documents and make payment once you are completed with the application.
- Update and maintain account information.
- Remit Transient Occupancy Tax monthly.
- Submit the required Contract Summaries before each short term occupancy.
By completing this form, staff will send you account specfic information where you can register and start accessing the services with respect to your Vacation Rental or Homesharing property.
