Important information

If you are not a UK or Irish Passport holder you will have a limit to the days you can volunteer or undertake paid work while in the UK. The maximum days you can do paid or unpaid on a tourist visa in the UK is 30 actual working days.

Community Life - I understand that by volunteering I need to follow basic principles of being within a Buddhist community, namely: not to drink alcohol, take drugs, smoke / vape, or eat meat / fish on the premises. I understand I can't play musical instruments, and will use headphones if listening to music. During my visit I agree to comply with the Centre's rules, particularly concerning the supervisors, working hours and behaviour. I understand that KMC Leeds reserves the right to end my volunteering if the above conditions are not met and I accept I will have to leave the centre at short notice if this happens.
