Cancellation or early termination the amount you pay for your dog walk will be your usual rate of £25 per hour unless you have additional dogs I walk at an extra fee of £7 per dog. If the prices change you will have 48hours notice and 24hours cancellation period. If you cancel after 24hours you will be charged your usual daily cancellation fee either £25 unless you have more then one dog (£5) If this payment isn't paid your contract maybe at risk of being cancelled.
A late payment fee will be added which will be £20 per dog, you will have 2 weeks to pay if this isn't paid within 2 weeks a further £20 per dog will be added.
however, this is up to the discretion of the dog walker, depending on how many times you have cancelled or not paid, payment and cancellation policy maybe lifted depending on how many times the above has happened and your circumstances.
Liability, The dog walker accepts no liability for any breech of security or loss of damage if someone else has access to this property during the term of this agreement. The walker will shall not be liable for any whatsoever nature which may occur a dog or caused by a dog that is or has been unsupervised access to the outdoors The owner/owners will be liable for all medical expenses incurred and damages caused by the dog. The dog walker is released from all liability of having to pay any medical expenses and the expensive there after.
The owner will not blame the dog walker the owner will pay back all damages and expenses, costs, losses, claims, arising from your dog/s behaviour unless the dog walker is at fault with wilful or neglect.
Weather conditions I won't be walking your dogs in temperatures more than 19 degrees or in minus temperatures, high winds and in thunderstorms.
As a business owner I don't want to jeopardise my reputation by being negligentful and walking your dogs in unsafe conditions.
Your dogs will still receive 1-2-1 care and attention in their own environment. Dependong on the weather conditions this could be in your own back garden or your own home.
This means your dog or dogs will still have the exercise, stimulaisation and playtime they need and require without putting them at risk.
Providing a personal service to you as dog owners is my main priority to you as my clients. When your dogs are in my care I treat them as my own and their safety and wellbeing is my first priority.
I will send you a message and let you know the outcome of my plans on the day and whether it is suitable to walk your dogs that day or indoor play only.
Please understand the descion will be at my discretion, as I have to take your dogs wellbeing as a top concern for each client.
I am happy to attempt to rearrange a time earlier in the day where if it's hot I can try to get them earlier however this will be subject to availability and in the colder months move them to a later time in the day that suits you again this will be subject to availability.
If you cancel on the day of you will be liable to pay full cost of your usual hourly rate.
