Please note the following furniture pickup guidelines.* This field is required.All furniture deliveries are approved at the discretion of Beverly Bootstraps. If these guidelines are not followed, the delivery is subject to cancellation. All pieces must be easily accessible. Pieces that are not being donated may not be moved by Thrift Shop staff, please do not ask them to do so. Thrift Shop staff picking up the donation have the discretion to not accept the piece(s) because of scratches, rips, stains, etc. that were not disclosed in the pictures. Furniture must be on the ground level. Thrift Shop staff cannot carry pieces down stairways. Walkways, stairways, and driveways must be cleared of debris, snow, and ice.

Walkways, stairways, and driveways must be cleared of debris, snow, and ice. We will do due diligence to deliver items without any damage, visible or otherwise, but take no responsibility for damages caused during the delivery process. Our delivery agents are not able to issue refunds or credits for damaged items or for alterations in the scheduling/delivery process.
