      Back to Paradise Fest for Women is NZ'S first pure nature fest bliss dedicated to, and for women.

      NEW EARTH NZ 2025 Festival dates are during the NEW MOON PHASE, super clear starry night skies while sitting around the fire pit and great opportunity for us to feature cosmic lighting and effects. 

      Back to Paradise Fest dates fall over a holiday weekend, the Monday is a public holiday.

      The Festivals offer an immersion of 4 days retreat and celebration time for Self, and deep connection to stunning NZ nature with mature trees for shade. There are limited exclusive Day Passes available.
      Our boutique size, and well crafted Festival Programme, allows for truely connecting with like minded others, offering time to Breathe, simply BE, river bathe, and to feel nourished on all levels.
      The sacred Land has innate powerful healing energies also with fairies, elementals and kiwis in the ancient forest, it gives and also receives, within the balance of the Laws of Nature.
      These Conscious Festivals are alcohol and substance free, Zero Waste Consciousness, and invite a respect of nature.
      The Fest Team strongly supports car pooling, and being mindful of low footprint for tent sites.
      Both Festivals are cash based fests, with wifi free main Festival venue space, there will be a cash out service at HQ for Festival Goers, and wifi @ HQ cottage, very close by.
      We welcome all contributors that feel aligned with the Kaupapa & Vision, offering Festival Goers experiences of unity, connection, transformation, healing, teachings, raising of Consciousness,  wisdom keeping, unconditional love, coupled with a Tribe Vibe, for a memorable time spent in nature.
      The Festival Team welcomes your Proposals, so together we can co create to make these unique Festivals continue to be magical, and unique! 

      Please take quality time to fill in your Proposal, we value your efforts and your offerings.

      The more clarity the Festival Team receives from you, the smoother the communications for both parties, and it helps us to align your offering to the perfect zone or space for you to shine ! In this form we endeavour to cover frequently asked questions as well as our intention is to provide clear information from the outset.
      Upon applying, it is understood that you are available for the duration of the 4 day Festival(s).
      Your presence at the Festival is valuable for your networking, and important for all Festival Goers as well as for your fun & enjoyment, please indicate otherwise, under ‘any further information...’

      To honour and respect the level of contributions made by so many people involved in bringing the Festivals together, the Festivals do not provide free admission ('plus ones') to partners or friends of contributors – However, we will have a limited amount of well discounted Supporter's Tickets for certain circumstances, and discounted Assistant's Tickets if needed for vendors. Please indicate if you may require an assistant upon applying, in the field ‘Any other information...’ at end of this online form.
      This Kaupapa helps to create a strong sense of fairness, value and integrity.

      We choose to offer vendors, and Healers/Wellness Pracitioner space fee at a very affordable base pricing, plus a donation back to the Festival land to support the kaupapa ongoing (further info in this form), from your sales proceeds during the festival, to encourage relationship building with vendors for our yearly Festivals.

    • NEW EARTH NZ & Back to Paradise Fest have spaces for experienced, authentic Facilitators and Presenters of their chosen Mahi, that come from a humble approach, can hold space well and that allow for a solid completion component to their presentations, so that participants leave the workshop or presentation space feeling grounded and ready to go back into the main festiva buzz & vibe.
      We welcome unique workshop type offerings, with creative, expressive and interactive touches.
      Exchange is 1x full Festival Entry Pass for 1 or 2 workshops/presentations. (Workshop length min 1 hour, standard length 1.5 hours, a few slots for 2 hour-workshops available). A Vehicle Pass at a nominal fee is required to access the Festival ground. We will email you how to access discount vehicle pass closer to festival begin.
      Important:
      If proposing more than one Offering please complete there relevant fields below. Please fill in the 'Contribution 1-2' fields below in your priority order.

    • Kaupapa 2025: Quality musicians playing originals ( approx. 90 precent originals). Some covers can be woven into a set, great if they have their own twist to the original cover!

      NENZ, and Back to Paradise Fest, love to support 'emerging musicians' so this festival is also for you to send in your proposal, we have allocated some spaces in the relaxed Solaris stage, Jam Temple and also Open Mic available if you are fairly new to being on stage. Our audience is very supportive, non judgemental and here to celebrate all co creators !


      If your Proposal is successful, the Festival Team will contact you to discuss Performance Fees, based on your length of Set(s) and other offerings eg Market Stall, you are proposing. Please state your request for performance fee (as a price range) in the given field.
      Each Performer on stage will receive 1x full Festival Entry Pass. As musicians need to bring musical equipment and band members with them we do not charge a vehicle pass, however if many band members please carpool wherever possible.
      NEW EARTH NZ* will have Sound Manager, Stage Manager & Sound Team on site, Green Room facility, main stage 8.4m x 5m. Forest Stage 4m x 3.5m. For Back to Paradise Fest the sound set up may be adapted and not a full crew needed, work in progress, yet the main music stage will be operational.

      *A link to a Techrider form will be provided to successful performers. The professionial Sound Manager, not the Fesitval Team, will respond to any extra questions you have put on the Techrider form. Same for Back to Paradise Fest, if this is needed, again work in progress.

    • Food & Beverage Vendors / Market Stall Vendors ~ click for further details 
    • Kaupapa 2025 for Market Stall Holders items for sale: Artisan, NZ made or mainly NZ produced, upcycled - recycled or repurposed, organic where possible. Please keep your prices affordable for the Festival scene, and please include a mini range of items ideally priced for kids and teens to purchase. This was well received  by fest goers for 2024.

      Kaupapa 2025 for Food & Beverage Vendors: NEW EARTH NZ, and Back to Paradise Fest, will cater for Healthy food options and also cater for all people's tastes. Mainly vegan / vegetarian, looking also for vendors offering some meat options (ideally grass fed or organic chicken, seafood), vendors doing platter style offerings. Creative food styling welcomed.
      As is standard for conscious festivals, Fest goers will bring their own plate, mug and cutlery. Only provide a small amount of non disposable cups, plates etc to Festival Goers in case they have not brought their own, at a small charge out rate for ‘hire’, Fest goers will wash, dry and return your utensils.

      For 2025, we are keen to have vegan 'snack' delights on trays circulating in the evening @ the retro inspired night lounge for purchase - if anyone vibes at being the vendor for this or incorporating this aspect into their food stand?


      3x3 Gazebo Space is standard space – all set up, signage, decorating of Gazebo for uniqueness, and stall specific night lighting, is the responsibility of the Vendor. There will be general night lighting chains set up within the zone area.

      Larger spaces, please state under ‘any further information..’ section and an adjusted pricing will be negotiated once your proposal is successful.

      NZ$100 incl GST* for the 4 days, to be paid within 14 days of receiving payment notification.
      plus a donation (we suggest approx 10% of your turnover or what you feel to give), giving back to the festival land and supporting the kaupapa, at the end of the 4 days.
      * Note: This excludes power. Ideally you have solar or quiet generator. If power required, there will be a charge advised, assessed after receiving completed form, and your proposal is successful.
      If you have a food truck or trailer set up please state exact dimensions, also which side your serving bar opens under ‘any further information...’ section on the form.


      Applies to all vendors: The principal vendor will receive a full entry Festival Pass. A Vehicle Pass at discounted rate is required to access the Festival ground. We will email you a discount code in late Jan 2025 to access your vehicle pass. Assistant/s are required to purchase a well discounted 'Assistants Ticket' each, plus vehicle pass (if required), using the discount code we will also provide (we strongly promote car pooling).


      We kindly request that vendors, who are engaged as food/beverage and market items sellers to Festival Goers, and are making income, plan their opening times versus 'break times' well, and liase with other vendors around them. Open times scheduling is up to each Provider, feel into the flow of the Festival to be open when people are most likely to want your services.

    • Located in the dedicated Healing Zone, close to the spring fed river and peaceful.

Open times scheduling is up to each provider, feel into the flow of the Festival to be open when people are most likely to want your services.

      We ask that all practitioners are commited to offering their services for a substantial part of the festival duration.

    • New Earth NZ Festival, and Back to Paradise Fest, held in the nature wonderland @ Paradise Valley offers an epic, memorable & fun opporutnity for volutneers to join our Festival Crew.

      You will learn & experience all the moving part of how a Festival comes together, meet cool like minded others and contribute to a greater cause while having fun. During the festival days there is plenty of time for volunteers to dance, go to workshop and mingle with all the great contributors, musicians, healers & performers.

      As part of the Festival team's process, if we feel you are a good fit we will have a phone conversation with you and provide you with more details about how the volunteer dates & shifts work.

      Feedback from a previous volunteer: 'Working with the core team was super fun, well organised and such a caring bunch of people. I loved being part of the volunteer crew, we were like one big family and still keep in touch. I can't wait to be back and be part of this magic again....my favourite moment were bathing in the spring fed river after a set up day and then sitting around the fire!'

    Fill one entry for each contribution if you would like to offer more than one, or submit a few so we can align the fitting workshop to the schedule.

      How it works: We will certainly recommend that Festival Goers bring enough cash with them. However, to ensure they don't run out of cash to support Vendors, Healers and Market Stall Holders NEW EARTH NZ, and Back to Paradise Fest, kindly ask for your support for some cash supplies top up from vendors sales to be dropped off to Team at HQ (where there is wifi connection). The dropped off cash amount will be receipted and directly credited to any bank account you nominate. This cash can then be re-circulated to Festival Goers who come to 'withdraw' cash from HQ and use it to make more purchases.

      This will be a time limited service twice a day between 11am - 12noon and 5pm - 6pm during the Festival time.

      This way Vendors can have cash proceeds directly credited to their bank account and Festival Goers have access to cash to make further purchases, which in turn supports vendors to make more sales and get custom.

      HELD on smaller low stage in ancient Forest / Talks will be scheduled not to coincide with your scheduled other offerings, as we endeavour to schedule your talk in advance of your workshop/music set or other offering, because it attracts listeners to come to your workshop or offering or go have a healing session with you at your Healing Space!
      Perfect opportunity to showcase your Mahi (soft promotion), life story, travel journey, or knowledge sharing / flyers can be handed out after talk / up to you to coordinate, if you wish, a space on the land & time, for interested listeners for Q&A afterwards, after that multiple speakers time slot has finished.

      The Speakers hub will be curated by a professional MC who will briefly intro you, help with time keeping and this person is epic at relaxing you and making sure it's a fun experience for all !

      The Festival Team pre approve your topic - your talk does not need to be related to your offering, it can for example be: poetry reading, sharing your published book, heart consciousness process, the Carnivore diet demystified...

      New Earth NZ has created this unique panel of 3 presenters, to be held on the realxed Forest Stage surrounded by breathtaking nature. If you feel you have the following qualities please submit your proposal below:

      • Experienced Channeller, Psychic, Mediumship, Reader, Card Reader, Energy Medium that has experience and feels confident in 'Quick Fire Readings or Responses or Words of Wisdom' when audience presents a question (more general question than a personal question)
      • The audience interraction & time keeping will be curated by our lovely professional MC to keep things flowing and she is epic at making it a fun and relaxed experience for all.

    • Opening and/or Closing Ceremony

      Proposals for those contributors already on site

      For NENZ, and Back to Paradise Fest, the Opening and Closing Ceremony are an integral and important part of a conscious Festival, it’s purpose is to welcome All, sets the sacred container for the 4 days, offers energetic blessings and protection, officially opens the portal and also closes the energetic portal of the Festival. Some housekeeping matters may be included, and also a short talk about Boundaries & Consent, and friendly reminder of the Kaupapa for the 4 days.
      Ideally we are looking for the same ceremonial co creators for the opening and the closing ceremony. This can be in the form of sharing a waiata, a song, a dance, words of wisdom, supporting the leads of the ceremonies with smudging - hand drumming is always appreciated, calling in the people with a conch shell or other. Contributions can be short eg 3-5 mins.

      The Festival Team is open to suggestions, ideas, contributions of crystals, altar items or statues, on loan for during the ceremonies, creating a living mandala with flora on the land. We also need a fire master during the ceremonies, if that feels like you ?!
