TAnntra, Tashé Ann, and T. A. Dunlap, L.L.C. currently gift Tantra-Informed Mediation™ once per season. The minimum length of a session is three (3) hours. Written confirmation of a mediation session will be e-mailed to all participants within three (3) business days of scheduling. Notice of cancellation or rescheduling must be received in writing. Please copy all participants on any written cancellation request. --------------------------------------------------TAnntra, Tashé Ann, and T. A. Dunlap, L.L.C. utilize the following fee structure for Mediation Preparation: A three (3) hour package has a mandatory advance deposit of $450. A seven (7) hour package has a mandatory advance deposit of $1,050. Any advance deposit is due three (3) business days prior to the package start date. If TAnntra, Tashé Ann, or T. A. Dunlap, L.L.C. determines that a deposit has not been timely received in full, then no package has been purchased and any scheduled services are cancelled for nonpayment. Payments may be remitted via CashApp to $TADunlapLLC or Zelle to TasheAnn@TAnntra.com. E-mail TasheAnn@TAnntra.com for other payment options. Bartering is welcome and encouraged. Additional fees may apply, including but not limited to hour-long practice add-ons ($100 each with a maximum of three (3) for a three (3) hour package and a maximum of seven (7) for a seven (7) hour package), travel expenses, in-person accommodations, and administrative costs. Additional fees require informed consent prior to billing and will be billed in advance when possible. Written confirmation of a package will be e-mailed at least forty-eight (48) hours before the package start date. If a confirmed package is cancelled or rescheduled at least three (3) business days prior to the start date, no cancellation fees will apply. Notice of cancellation or rescheduling must be received in writing. If a confirmed package is cancelled or rescheduled for any reason two (2) business days or less prior to the start date, a cancellation fee of $150 will be charged. No refund will be provided once the start date has passed or package time has been spent. A three (3) hour package must be completed within sixty (60) days of the package start date. A seven (7) hour package must be completed within one hundred and twenty (120) days of the package start date.
