Bright Wild Swimming Experience Inclusions:

Accomodation:
3 nights at Bright Alps Guesthouse, single or twin share or triple/quad full room, with shared bathrooms (6 across the 12 bedroom lodge).

Food:
Daily Breakfast (3), Morning Juice, Tea and Coffee
Snacks (Morning Tea, Afternoon Tea, Fruit and other snacks)
Lunch on Friday and Saturday
Dinner Thursday and Saturday evening (Friday night dinner optional group meal at restaurant in Bright not included)

Swims:
At least one to two wild swims, dips or immersions in a different natural swimming location each day. With full support, encouragement and celebration of your success.

Cost:
Single Room: AUD 1250
Twin Share Room: AUD 1000 (price per person, come with a friend, or as a solo traveller – we will match you)
Triple Share Room: AUD 2700 (price for the whole room, only bookable as a group of 3)
Quad Share Room: AUD 3000 (price for the whole room, only bookable as a group of 4)
Prices include above mentioned inclusions. A deposit of $100 is required to secure your booking (we accept payment by bank transfer). 

The experience starts anytime from 2pm on Thursday 24th April 2025 and ends on Sunday 27th April 2025 at 10 am at our accommodation in Bright.

Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you and Seasterhood. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Description of Services
Seasterhood offers wild swimming adventures for women. Our services include accommodation, most  meals (as specified), snacks and guided immersion sessions. Please note that we do not provide swimming lessons.

Booking and Payment
To book this Seasterhood experience, you must complete this booking form and pay a deposit of $100 (the despsit is non-refundable). Your booking is confirmed once we receive the deposit of $100. The rest-payment is due 30 days before the adventure starts. We accept payment by bank transfer. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if we do not receive payment.

Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before the start of the adventure, we will refund 50% of the cost of the adventure. If you cancel your booking less than 30 days before the start of the adventure, we will not refund any of the cost of the adventure. If we cancel the adventure for any reason, we will refund the full cost of the adventure.

Health and Safety
Wild swimming can be dangerous. You must be in good health and able to swim before booking an adventure with Seasterhood. We recommend that you seek medical advice before joining an adventure, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns. We reserve the right to refuse your participation if we believe that you are not physically or mentally capable of participating in the adventure. You are responsible for your own safety and wellbeing during the adventure. You must follow the instructions of our guides at all times.

Disclaimer
Seasterhood is not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal property or any injury or illness that you may suffer during the adventure. You participate in our adventures at your own risk.

Changes to the Adventure
We reserve the right to change the location, duration, or itinerary of the adventure if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary. We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, and copyright, on the Seasterhood website and in our promotional materials, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after the posting of any changes will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
