  • Discovery Charter School's Extended Care Camps and Other Programs

    Along with regular daily extended care, Discovery Extended Care (DEC) is proud to offer the following other programs:

    • Camps during key school holidays
    • Single day camps during Staff Development days, Conference Week and Early Dismissal days

    These programs are a true extension of the Discovery philosophy and incorporates positive discipline, student-driven enrichment, and inquiry-based activities facilitated by engaged, well-trained professionals. 

    We are committed to providing a safe, comfortable environment where students can play, study, explore, and create.

    Note:  If you do not already have a child attending DEC for the 2024-2025 school year, then there is a one time application fee of $25 ($20 for each additional child, not to exceed $50 per family). This is due when the application is submitted.

     

    • Extended Care Application 

    • DCS is proud to offer the following programs:

       

      Camp during Non-School Weeks - $350/week, $280 President's week

         Dates available:  Winter Break (Jan 6-10) registration is now closed,

                                   President's Week Tuesday - Friday (Feb 18-21) registration is now closed,

                                   Spring Break (April 7-11) - registration will close at 11:59pm April 2nd

      Camp during Staff Development Days - $70/day

         Dates Available: Friday Nov 1st, Friday March 14th

      Conference Week & Early Dismissal Days Development Days

         Dismissal to 3:05 ($35) or Dismissal to 6:00 pm ($70)

         Dates available:

              Conference Week - 10/22, 10/23, 10/24, 10/25, 10/28, 10/29, 10/30, 10/31, 4/21, 4/22, 4/23, 4/24, 4/25

               Early Dismissal - 8/14, 8/15, 8/16, 11/22, 12/20, 6/9, 6/10, 6/11, 6/12

      Payment must be made at the time of sign-up.
