Columbia River Foursquare Church
Membership in a local Foursquare church is a privilege and a responsibility. You can participate and serve in almost every aspect of church life without being a member, but membership qualifies you to participate in certain official duties, such as voting on major property decisions, voting on church council, and serving on church council if nominated.

The requirement for membership are:
1. Be at least nine years of age.
2. Show evidence of a born-again experience and a Christian life.
3. Have been baptized in water by immersion.
4. Subscribe and adhere to the Declaration of Faith compiled by Aimee Semple McPherson.
5. Agree to comply with the Foursquare Bylaws.
If you are not yet ready to apply, but would like to come to the membership class before you decide, simply check the box below.

Membership Covenant
1. I commit to Columbia River Foursquare as my church home, being loyal to my brothers and sisters in Christ as a fellowship covenant before God.
2. I commit to being faithful in attendance, in season and out, in order to serve my brothers and sisters and worship the Lord together with one heart.
3. I commit my financial faithfulness in the regular giving of tithes and offerings in support of the Lord’s work, setting as a priority my spiritual stewardship of all God's blessings.
4. I commit to being available to serve the body when there is a need, not for recognition or selfish gain, but in order to know the joy of serving God.
5. I commit to being accountable to the community of believers, supporting the leadership of the church, and walking in a spirit of unity and love.
6. I commit to walking in integrity, never to compromise God’s blessing, and to dealing righteously and openly with sin when it arises.
7. I commit to pursuing reconciliation in all disputes according to the biblical pattern, pursuing peace, love and unity by the strength God gives me.
8. I subscribe to the tenets of the Foursquare Declaration of Faith, the Word of God being the ultimate authority, and to Foursqaure Bylaws as the rule of local church governance.
