Personal injury, including but not limited to bruises, scrapes, cuts, strains, sprains, cramps, dislocations, fractures, broken bones, and concussions and other injuries that are not listed. I give my child permission to participate in the Ball of Fame Basketball Camp. I agree TO HOLD HARMLESS, RELEASE, AND INDEMNIFY The Martin County Board of Education, Martin County High School Coaching Staff and all Camp Workers, from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury or expense that I, my child, or any third party may suffer arising out of the Activity.
