Chosen Pen Publishing is authorized to host TEDx Salon events. These events are in a panel format and speaker coaching provided before each event is required to participate. Each participant is expected to complete AT LEAST 4 sessions before the official event date. Please confirm that you understand this requirement.

The investment for coaching is $1000 unless otherwise specified. Full payment is required two weeks before the scheduled event. Payment arrangements are permissible and must be approved before the prescribed due date for full payment. Please confirm that you understand this requirement.

While Chosen Pen Publishing is the host of the TEDx Salon, they are not responsible for the panelists/speakers travel, lodging, or food expense. Unless otherwise specified, each participant is required to make these arrangements for themselves. Please confirm that you understand this requirement.
