Please fill out the information below to register for the ESSENCE Festival 2024 Sanction Program for Local Minority- and Women-Owned Businesses on or before 11:59 pm CST, Sunday, June 23, 2024. This Sanction Program is available to minority- and women-owned small businesses with their principal business place in New Orleans, Louisiana. Those businesses that meet the criteria set forth below, timely submit the required information, and receive written acceptance into the Sanction Program will be provided with Essence-sanctioned graphics for use for your small businesses’ promotional materials. Please fully complete this application. Failure to fully complete this application may result in denial. Completing this application is not a substitution for any necessary permitting application(s) with the City of New Orleans or the State to comply with local, state, and federal laws.

Small businesses are not required to participate in this Sanction Program to operate their businesses. Acceptance in this program will only allow those small businesses to obtain a license to use a sanctioned Essence logo during the 2024 ESSENCE Festival of Culture™ presented by Coca-Cola®, July 1-8, 2024.
