Vendor set-up: Set-up may begin at 6:30 AM. Each vendor must be in place and ready for the market by 7:45 AM for an 8:00 AM start time.) These time frames are put in place for safety reasons. We want to have the loading zone(s) unoccupied before the start of the event.
Vendor set-up locations: McFarland State Historic Park (24 W Ruggles Street, Florence, AZ 85132) under the covered porch or along the sidewalk parallel to Ruggles Street.

Vendor Fee(s): $15.00 per market (Payments are due on or before MONDAY prior to an event.) Please note: Vendor payments are not refundable or transferrable to future events. No exceptions.

To pay in person, please stop by McFarland State Historic Park (24 W Ruggles Street) Monday – Saturday between the hours of 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM from May - September).
To pay via telephone, please call our office 520.868.4496 (If we are unable to answer your call, please leave a message via voicemail. We will return calls the same day.)
Please note: If you wish to pay the GFCoC vendor fee via cc, there is a 3.5% processing fee to do so.
All FFM payments need to be submitted the Monday prior to the market day(s). This helps our bookkeeping department. Thank you!
The Greater Florence Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to refuse any vendor participation in this event.
Political campaign lobbying, religious, and/or advocacy group sign-up sheets or promotions are not permitted during these events.
Please bring the following to this market:
table, tablecloth, signage regarding pricing, product branding, small bills for making change, and if needed a chair, tent/canopy (weights are required) (We do not have chairs available for this event.)
Loading/unloading zones: Vendors on the porch, there is a natural loading zone by the entrance to McFarland State Historic Park. (Please be mindful of the railing and the park itself as this is a historic building.)
Parking: If you do not need handicap parking, please park outside of the parking lot. We want to have spaces for people to visit this event and be able to park close to the building. Thank you!
Restrooms: Public restrooms are in the courtyard.
Advertising: You may email a couple of product photographs to sherri@florenceazchamber.com. There is no guarantee we will post your photograph(s) on FB; however, we will do our best to advertise and promote this event with vendor product photographs.
In addition to advertising the FFM via social media, we promote it from the Florence Visitor Center, GFCoC, a variety of print publications, community pages, and via word of mouth.
