All other applications for any other post-secondary school, applications are to be received 4 weeks prior to the start of the program to assure funding.

3. One letter of recommendation (from teacher, mentor, counselor, employer, etc.)

4. Proof of College/University/Grad School/Trade or Technical School acceptance
