    Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

    Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and I strive to provide the best experience for all clients. To help me do so, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.


    Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service when REBOOKING.


    No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee when REBOOKING.

     
    Multiple Cancellations: Clients with two or more cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments or risk losing the ability to book.


    Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment, as accommodating late arrivals can impact other scheduled clients.

     
    I understand that unexpected situations arise, and I will do my best to work with you when emergencies happen. Thank you for valuing my time and supporting the policies that allow me to serve you and other clients effectively.

    To maintain a calm, comfortable, and functional environment, I kindly ask that only the scheduled client be present during their appointment. Due to the size of my suite, additional guests cannot be accommodated at this time; however, if needed, one additional guest may accompany the client with prior notice.

     
    Parents are welcome to drop off their children for appointments or sit in the designated waiting area if necessary. For children under the age of 14, a parent may remain present in the suite during the appointment. In cases of emergencies, exceptions can be made with prior notice—please contact me ahead of time to discuss accommodations.
