Instead of up-close, dead-on photos, try an image captured at a 45-degree angle to the damage. It helps if there's a reflection of light going across the dent, but make sure the reflection isn't too bright! Videos are best as they allow us to see the dent in detail and dynamically. Show us a photo or video that shows you the dent in detail! Sometimes photos and videos just aren't enough- if so, let's make an appointment and we'll come view the dent in person.
