    For each of the 7 Habits of Health, there are 5 questions (35 total). Rate each question on a scale of 1 (low) to 5 (high) to determine your TRUE HEALTH SCORE, along with a score for each habit. Your results will be emailed to your inbox once completed. Estimated time = 5-7 minutes.

  • HABIT #4: MOVE OFTEN

    Prioritizing physically active behaviors over sedentary ones

  • I worked out often.*
  • I felt good when I moved (internally & externally).*
  • HABIT #5: INCREASE CLARITY

    Increasing self-awareness to replace lies with truth
