Cancellation Policy
By Signing Below, I the Owner/Parent, understand that I must give Pawsitive Paths 2 weeks Notice (14 Calender Days) from Service Date for Cancelling my scheduled Service. I further understand if Failure to do so will result in the following SERVICE FEES on day of cancellation.

1 Week or Less: 25% of discussed Price of Service

3 Days or Less: 50% of discussed Price of Service
