By checking 'I Agree' below and submitting this form, you, the Parent or Guardian of the above student/dancer(s), agree to release Sassy Divas, its sponsors, coaches, captains, Board and/or volunteers from liability for any and all injuries which may occur while tryouts/enrollment, training, practicing, performing, or during any studio event or activity. I give my permission for my child to participate with tryouts/enrollment for Sassy Divas and also certify that she/he is physically capable to participate in these sometimes-strenuous activities. I fully realize that dance can be very physical and that injuries may occur even when ALL safety guidelines are followed.

By participating in these dance team tryouts/enrollment, I acknowledge that I am auditioning for a competitive dance team/training. I understand that if selected to participate, this commitment requires both time and financial investment. Our team competes in competitions, and we uphold a strong work ethic requirement.

Additionally, our team has a very strict policy, and all dancers are expected to show respect to ALL CAPTAINS/DANCERS/DIRECTORS/COACHES. We are a training-based team, meaning dancers are expected to regularly attend practice/classes and fully participate in their training to be eligible to compete.

Above all, we encourage our dancers to have fun and embrace the journey of growth and improvement.

We totally get it – life can be a whirlwind of extracurricular activities, but when you're part of our team, we're all in this together! While we understand that you might have other commitments, once you've signed up for the team, we're counting on you to bring your A-game.

Choreography, instructors, and competition fees don't come cheap, and when dancers don't stick to their commitments, it's like a dance routine without its rhythm – it just doesn't flow! Plus, it means extra work for everyone involved to restage and rework routines.

Competitive dance is all about dedication and teamwork, so let's make sure we're giving it the priority it deserves. Together, we'll shine on that stage and show the world what we're made of!
