Your card will not be charged until our team confirm we have availability for the selected date.
- Packages: Pearl Coast Gymnastics Club offers various birthday party packages, including Basic, Deluxe, and Custom options. Each package includes specific services and time durations. Party hosts will select their desired package using the Booking Request Form on our website.
- Add-Ons: Additional services like BBQ, fridge, freezer, and catering can be made available on request from a party host. Such extras may incur additional costs and requirements.
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $150 per party is required to secure the booking. The deposit will be authorized on the card provided through the Booking Request Form and will only be charged or captured once Pearl Coast Gymnastics Club approves your booking.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due at least 48 hours before the party. Accepted payment methods include credit card, After pay and Zip Pay. Hosts will receive their invoice 48hrs prior to the party. If the invoice is not paid, and the party commences successfully, the hosts card will be charged the total amount listed on the invoice. Pearl Coast Gymnastics Club reserves the right to cancel parties when payment is not received in accordance with these terms.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the party date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the party date will forfeit the deposit.
- Parties cannot be rescheduled unless approval is sought from the Pearl Coast Gymnastics Club Team.
By submitting the form you understand and agree to save your card on file for future charges including:
- Capturing the $150 deposit to secure your booking
- Charging your card for any damage or loss of property, or breaches of contract, as prescribed in our Birthday Party Agrement (sent on approval of booking)
