Qualifications

Must at one time have been a permanent resident of Lexington, Ky.
Reached 28 years of age at time of nomination.
Non-resident college athletes are not eligible.
Nomination application submitted by the deadline date.

Coach - A current or former coach whose accomplishments merit local recognition.

Referee / Official- A former contest official whose contributions as a contest official merit local recognition.
Contributor / Supporter

Contributor / Supporter - A sports administrator, sports medicine professional, sports media member, philanthropist, or fan supporter
