Qualifications

Must at one time been a permanent resident of Lexington, Ky.
Reached 28 years of age.
Non-resident college athletes are not eligible.
Nomination application submitted by the deadline date.

Contributor / Supporter - A sports administrator, sports medicine professional, sports media member, philanthropist, or fan supporter
