All awards conferred are conditional, which means that they may be retracted if an awardee has been reported for a breach that warrants disqualification from receiving or retaining an award. If an awardee's award needs to be retracted, the awardee will receive an automated email notification but with no further explanations. If you wish to receive an explanation for any award retraction, you need to pay a once-off upfront fee along with your award nomination. However, because this form is for a free nomination, you will not be entitled to that explanation.
