    Swimming Pool Release of Liability & Acceptance of Responsibility
  • I/We, as property owners and members in good standing of the Harvard Ponds Homeowners Association, agree to the following rules established to govern the Harvard Ponds Homeowners Association pool: 

    1. My family and guests of my family agree to read and abide by the posted and written rules of the governing  bodies of the Harvard Ponds Pool, namely the Tulsa County Health department and Harvard Ponds Homeowners Association. I/We agree to respect the community property of the Harvard Ponds Homeowners Association.
    2. I/We agree to accept complete responsibility for the safety and welfare of my/our family and guests of my/our  family. In addition, for the privilege of using this special neighborhood amenity I/we hereby release from liability the Harvard Ponds Homeowners Association, the Developers of Harvard Ponds and my own home builder from any injury, loss, or damage suffered at the Harvard Ponds pool.
    3. I/We understand the entrance pool code I/we receive is designated for use by my/our family only, and that allowing neighbors, non-residents, or other Harvard Ponds families who have not paid their dues to use my/our code will result in the revocation of the pool privileges for my/our family.
    4. I/We will promptly pay any fees/dues required by the HOA prior to the use of the pool. I/We understand that if dues or fees are not paid, I/we will not be able to use the pool until such dues and fees have been paid.

    Swimming Pool General Rules
  • The Harvard Ponds Homeowners Association Pool is a neighborhood pool for use by homeowners and their  guests only. Members must be current on ALL dues, fees, interest, and fines to be able to use the pool. Your  pool code is required for entry and may NOT be shared with non-residents or other households. 

    Pool Hours:  

         Monday:  7:00am - 10:00pm

         Tuesday: 12:00pm - 10:00pm  *Doesn’t open until 12pm for cleaning/shock treatments*

         Wednesday: 7:00am - 10:00pm

         Thursday: 7:00am - 10:00pm

         Friday: 7:00am - 11:00pm

         Saturday: 7:00am - 11:00pm

         Sunday: 7:00am - 10:00pm

     

    All persons must enter their own pool code to gain access. The purpose is to track times of most use and to  assist us if there is a health issue. The pool gate is NOT to be propped open and your code is NOT to be  shared. 

    WE DO NOT HAVE LIFEGUARDS ON DUTY AT THE POOL 

    General Rules:  

    1. No one under the age of 16 is allowed to swim alone. While it is not safe for anyone to swim alone, you alone know your own swimming capability and you are swimming at your own risk. Please be careful at all times. 
    2. Parents/Guardians are responsible to determine the skill level of their children and guests before allowing them to swim at the pool. It is REQUIRED that children 15 years of age and younger be supervised by someone at least 18 years of age or older, who is always in attendance in the pool area. 
    3.  Children 3 years of age and younger MUST have a parent or guardian at least 18 years of age and older IN THE WATER WITH THE CHILD AT ALL TIMES. A GUARDIAN MUST HAVE PARENTAL CONSENT TO BRING CHILDREN TO THE POOL AREA. 
    4.  Each household is allowed to bring a maximum of 6 guests that are not Harvard Ponds residents. Homeowners MUST be at the pool with their guests at all times. Homeowners are responsible for informing their guests of these Swimming Pool Rules and for making sure their guests comply with all rules.
